These are reasons behind Tobias Dauenhauer’s EuroNASCAR break

As in Great Britain, Tobias Dauenhauer was also condemned to watch in Italy – The German has to sit out for financial reasons
The year 2022 does not mean well for Tobias Dauenhauer. After the German missed the race at Brands Hatch due to a Corona illness, the Hendriks Motorsport driver was also absent from the round of the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series (NWES) in Italy – but for different reasons.
This time, however, it is not health that is throwing a spanner in the works for Dauenhauer. Instead, the German has to pass in Vallelunga for financial reasons, as the two-time EuroNASCAR 2 runner-up announced.
“Due to the lack of NASCAR races in Germany, we did not manage to find the right package of sponsors and partners,” the Hendriks driver writes on his Facebook page. However, Dauenhauer is not thinking of giving up yet: “I will concentrate on the next races and really hope that I can be back in the field soon.”
In the fight for the championship in the EuroNASCAR PRO as well as the Junior Trophy, however, the Hendriks driver will have little chance after missing two race weekends – although there are two strike results in the regular season. However, the races in Most, Zolder and Grobnik offer the chance for a conciliatory finish after Dauenhauer started the season strongly in Valencia with second and eighth places.
