Speedway Emmen announces Autospeedway dates for 2022

Speedway Emmen has announced its dates for 2022 – The dirt track plans to have eight race days 

Speedway Emmen has released its calendar for the 2022 Autospeedway season. The dirt track in the Netherlands, not far from the German town of Meppen, is planning on a total of eight race days, with one speedweekend. The roughly 350-meter track is home to the Stockcar F1, Stockcar F2, 2l Saloon Stockcars, Saloonstox and Bangers. 

Races on the Dutch oval traditionally take place on Saturday, which is why the season has been scheduled to start on March 19, 2022. The Unlimited Bangers, Stockcar F1 and Saloon Stockcars will compete on the first date. The Unlimited Bangers, Stockcar F2, F2 Juniors and Saloonstox will perform on the dirt track on April 23. However, there may still be changes in the class lineup. 

The same applies to June 11, when the Unlimited Bangers, Stockcar F1, Stockcar F2 and F2 Juniors have been confirmed so far. The season highlight follows on July 9 and 10 with the Speedweekend. On Saturday there will be the team race of the Bangers, on Sunday the Unlimited Bangers, Saloonstox and possibly the Microbangers will race. 

On July 23rd it’s all about really big trophies. The Master of Shale invites the Stockcar F1, Stockcar F2, F2 Juniors, Saloon Stockcars and Saloonstox to the spectacular dirt track of Emmen. While there will be a small summer break in August, the engines will be fired up again on September 24. The track then plans with the Bangers with front wheel drive, Saloonstox and Saloon Stockcars. 

The Blue Oyster Trophy will be up for grabs on October 22. The Unlimited Bangers, Stockcar F1 and Saloonstox are expected at the start. The season will end with the traditional winter race. The race day will be held on December 17 and is for various banger classes only. Bangers are junked cars that have been built up for one use only: Destruction! Wild crashes and spectacular rolls are guaranteed!
