a) External hosting
My website is hosted by 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (Hoster) as an external service provider.
The services of the hoster are used based on Art. 6 para. 1 Pg. 1 point f) of the GDPR, in my legitimate interest of secure, fast, and efficient provision of my website.

b) Visiting the website
When you log-on to the website, information is automatically sent from the browser being used on your end device to the server of my website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called Logfile. The following information is collected without any action on your part, and it is saved till the automated deletion:
IP address of the requesting computer,
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the accessed file,
- Website from where access is gained (Referrer URL),
- the browser used and if necessary, the operating system of your computer. The data is processed for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
- Ensuring convenient use of our website,
- Analysing the system security and system stability and
• for other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 Pg. 1 lit. f) of GDPR. My legitimate interest follows from the aforementioned purposes. I never use the collected data for drawing conclusions about you.
c) Contacting via email
If you contact me by email, specifying a valid email address is necessary so that I can contact you and answer your questions. You can provide additional information voluntarily.
I will process your email address on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 Pg. 1 point b) of the GDPR for the purpose of contacting you and answering your questions. Any additional data transmitted to me is processed in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 Pg. 1 point a of the GDPR, on the basis of your voluntary consent.
d) Contact via phone
If you contact me by phone, it is not necessary to provide personal data. You can voluntarily provide additional information.

3. Google Fonts
I integrate the fonts (“Google Fonts”) by the provider Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
Your data will only be processed to display the fonts in your browser.
The integration is done on the basis of my legitimate interests for a technically safe, maintenance-free and efficient use of fonts, their uniform display and considering potential license restrictions for integrating them on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 Pg. 1 lit. f) of the GDPR.

Your personal data is not passed on to third parties for any other purposes than the ones mentioned below.
I pass your personal data on to third parties only if:

- this is permitted by law and necessary according to Art. 6 paragraph 1 Pg. 1 point b) of the GDPR, for handling the contractual relationship with you,
• there is a legal obligation to pass on data according to Art. 6 paragraph 1 Pg. 1 point c) of the GDPR , and
• passing on data is necessary according to Art. 6 paragraph 1 Pg. 1 point f) of the GDPR for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding and legitimate interest in non-disclosure of your data.
5. Data subject rights
You have the right:
According to Art. 15 of the GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by me; You can especially demand information about the purpose of processing your data, the category of personal data, the category of recipients to whom your data was or will be disclosed, the intended storage duration of your data, the right to rectification, deletion, to limit data processing or the right to object, the right of appeal, right to information about the origin of your data, as long as it was not collected by me, and existence of automated decision making including profiling and if necessary, significant information about it;
According to Art. 16 of the GDPR to immediately demand the correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of your personal data saved with me;
According to Art. 17 of the GDPR to request the deletion of your personal data stored by me, unless processing your data is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation for reasons of public interest or for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims;
According to Art. 18 of the GDPR to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, if the correctness of data is disputed by you, processing your data is unlawful, but you reject deleting it and I do not need the data any longer, and you need it for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or if you have raised an objection against processing your data according to Art. 21 of the GDPR. .
According to Art. 20 of the GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to me in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another responsible party;
According to Art. 7 para. 3 of the GDPR to revoke the consent you had given to me previously at any time; this means that I may no longer continue data processing based on this consent for the future and
According to Art. 77 of the GDPR to file a complaint with a regulatory authority; as a rule, you can approach the regulatory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at my place of business.
6. Right to object
Insofar as I use your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6
6 paragraph 1 Pg. 1 point f) of the GDPR, you have the right according to Art. 21 of the GDPR to file a complaint against
the processing of your personal data, if there are reasons for it which result from your special situation or if the objection is against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection which is executed by me without the need to specify any special situation.

7. Security measures
I will take suitable technical and organisational measures in accordance with legal requirements, taking into account the state of the art technology, the implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the varying degrees of probability of occurrence and the extent of the threat to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, in order to guarantee a level of protection appropriate to the risk.
These measures especially include ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical and electronic access to the data as well as access, input, disclosure, safeguarding of availability and separation of data. Furthermore, I have created procedures for safeguarding the rights of the data subjects, for deleting data and responding to risks to data. Moreover, I take protection of personal data into account right in the development stage, or when selecting hardware, software and procedures according to the principle of data privacy through technology design and through data protection friendly settings.
Within the website, I use common SSL or /TSL security technology in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, a 256 Bit encryption is used. If your browser does not support 256 Bit encryption, I will use the 128-Bit v3 technology instead. The prefix https:// in the address line of your browser or the closed display of the key or lock symbol in your browser tells you whether an individual page of my website is transmitted in an encrypted form.
