Not Only Motorsport has confirmed Alberto Panebianco and Advait Deodhar for the 2022 NWES season – Both aim to attack at the front in EuroNASCAR 2

After a strong 2021 season, Not Only Motorsports signed Advait Deodhar, who recently drove for CAAL Racing, and said it has extended Alberto Panebianco’s contract. With Naveh Talor, the team showed last season that the organization is able to win races, but can that be repeated with the new driver pairing?

The Not-Only Motorsports team, which has competed in EuroNASCAR 2 since 2020, recorded its first win of the season last season with Talor, whose #90 Chevrolet will be taken over by Deodhar next season.

The latter made it into EuroNASCAR 2 thorugh the regularity based challenge and won his first NASCAR race as early as the 2021 season at Brands Hatch. Numerous top-10 results followed, which is why Deodhar makes it clear that he wants to race for the title in 2022 until the last race.

Unfinished business in EuroNASCAR 2

In making the announcement, Deodhar points to the loss of his brother, which threw him off track last season. As a result, he said, he has “unfinished business” in EuroNASCAR 2. The move into EuroNASCAR PRO is also a clear goal for the 31-year-old from Mumbai. “The plan was to move up to EuroNASCAR PRO, but I have unfinished business in EuroNASCAR 2.”

On the move to Not Only Motorsports, there were only positive words: “I will move to Not Only Motorsports, they have a strong package and the drivers have always had a setup they were comfortable with. We all want to win so it’s a good move.”

Panebianco expect improvement

Teammate Panebianco, who will enter just his second EuroNASCAR 2 season in 2022 with the rookie title in his pockets, is also confident. He, too, has already recorded two top-5 and six top-10 results in his short career.

“We want to win together and get good results. We are working in the right direction and I am proud of the progress we have made since Valencia last year.” With that, of course, Panebianco also indicates the direction in which things should go this year, namely “upwards in the overall standings.”

In addition, the 25-year-old Italian, who finished last season in twelfth place, explained: “I can’t wait to get back in the car!” Not Only Motorsports previously confirmed two drivers for the EuroNASCAR PRO Championship: Davide Dallara in the #89 car and Vittorio Ghirelli in the #36 car.

Not Only Motorsports has thus secured two very strong talents in Panebianco and Deodhar, who can advise and improve each other through their different experiences in EuroNASCAR 2. Whether victories or even the championship win is possible in the coming season will be shown at the earliest on April 9 and 10 at the first round at the Hockenheimring.
